We specialize in light tackle guided striper trips on the Sacramento River, Feather River and the Delta. Most days, you'll be tossing topwater lures, swimbaits, jigs and other hardware for stripers – it's such a fun way to fish. You make the cast, you feel (and in the case of topwater, see) the bite and then it's you vs. the fish! Light tackle is the order of the day, so you'll always get the most scrap out of these battlers...

We’re live bait specialists too, so when conditions or the fish call for it we can go that route as well.

We are your full-service California Delta and Sacramento River striper guides with tons of experience (full time guiding since 1998) and look forward to showing you this super fun fishery!

Your Day

Your full-day fishing trip, unless otherwise specified, will begin just before dawn (exact times depend on time of year, weather, tides etc). Once on the water, we will give a brief seminar on the day’s techniques and then fishing begins!

What We Provide

All bait, tackle, rods & reels
Fish cleaning & processing and cooking suggestions

What You Need to Bring

Fishing license and appropriate stamps (Purchase licenses online HERE)
Lunch and drinks
Rain gear/sun screen
Camera (though we always have one on the boat and can email you pix of your fish!)
Ice chest to keep fillets fresh on the way home

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to hold a date; Refundable with 3 weeks

Rates

$250/person
7-Hour Trip

We can handle up to 6 people on our new 25’ jet sled. If you have a larger party, let us know in advance and we can arrange for a multi-boat trip.
